The reading the foundation act during the ceremonial laying of the cornerstone for the construction of a residential block for the employees of the Tychy Municipal Construction Company. The ceremony was attended by Kazimierz Wejchert, the city's chief designer, Witalis Barański, Director of TPBM, Marian Łatak, Director of DBOR, as well as employees and residents.
