A winter view of the construction of the Voivodship Municipal Building Enterprise (General Building Compound GOP-South after 1974) office building, connected via a gable wall with the building of Miastoprojekt in a wearthertight shell condition. The buildings were built using industrial technologies, including reinforced concrete H frames and walls made of cellular concrete elements. A view from Feliksa Dzierżyńskiego Street (now gen.
